With China＇s mulberry industry moving from East to West, Libo County in Guizhou Province,southeast China grasps the chance to develop this activity,Libo County decides to change its industrial structure and spare no effort to de- velop,hoping to find a way to develop local economy and improve local people＇s income,making agriculture develop sus- tainably. Libo belongs to mountainous rural religion,the vertical changes of climate difference is very sharp. Analyzing different climate conditions and finding the proper places for mulberry＇s planting in Libo are very important to the development of mulberry industry of Libo county.
