摘要
在检索大量文献的基础上,概况了微波加工对食品营养成分的影响以及微波食品对人体潜在危害的研究进展。
On the extensive basis of literature search, the microwave processing on the nutritional content of food and the potential hazards of microwave food on human body were summarized in this paper.
