无机凝胶的合成及其在压裂支撑剂中的应用研究

Research on Synthesis of Inorganic Gel and its Application to Fracturing Strut Agent

膨润土经处理制成Ｓｉ２Ｏ－Ａｌ２Ｏ３凝胶，将凝胶与其他组分合理配比，在一定的温度和压力下合成了无机凝胶。无机凝胶用于制备压裂支撑剂，可以明显地改善成型性能和烧成后的制品性能，并可缩短生产周期。

After proper treatment, bentonite can be made into SiO2-Al2O3 gel. Inorganic gel has been synthesized from the above prepared gel and other agents at the certain temperature and pressure. By adding the inorganic gel, the mouldability of fracturing strut agent can be improved and the final products properties can be bettered within shorter production period and at low costs.
