基于两种格式CT图像的颅骨几何特征测量与对比分析 被引量:1

Measurement and Comparative Analysis of Geometric Characteristics of Alive Human Skull Based on CT Images in Two Formats

摘要 针对JPEG和DICOM两种格式活体人头颅的CT图像,采用自编Matlab程序对前额骨、顶骨和枕骨厚度以及头宽、头长、头围和颅围等颅骨几何特征进行大批量精确测量.对测量结果进行的正态性检验表明:颅骨几何特征不服从正态分布;Kruskal-Wallis单因素方差分析的结果表明:不同格式CT图像对前额骨、顶骨和枕骨厚度有显著影响,对头宽、头长、头围和颅围无显著影响. The geometric characteristics of the alive human skull(the thickness of the frontal,parietal and occipital bones,head width,head length,head circumference and skull circumference) were measured accurately by self-compiled Matlab program in this study.The results of the normality test show that the measurement results do not obey normal distribution;Kruskal-Wallis one-way ANOVA analysis show that CT images of different formats have a significant effect on the thickness of the frontal,parietal and occipital bones,and have no significant effects on the other geometric characteristics.
