研究了用氧气(或空气)和过氧化氢两步氧化法去除炼铜烟灰酸浸液中的铁。适宜工艺条件为:氧气(或空气)氧化温度90~95℃,溶液pH值4~4.5,加助氧化剂,反应3~4h,除铁率90%;过氧化氢氧化温度80℃,溶液pH值3~4,加少量助氧化剂,氧化3h,然后调节溶液pH为5~6,使Fe3+沉淀分离除铁率99.8%。两步除铁后溶液中铁含量降至0.
The technology conditions of iron removal have been discussed in acidic leaching liquid of dust from copper-smelting with the methods of the oxidization by oxygen and hydrogen peroxide. The experimental results have shown: When temperature is 9095,pH value of the liquid 44.5, the time of the reaction 34 h and a few oxidizing assistants have been added the rate of eliminating iron is 90% by the oxidization with oxygen (or air). The rate of eliminating iron is 99.8% with hydrogen peroxide when temperature is 80, pH value of the liquid 34, a few oxidizing assistants have been added and the time of the oxidization 3h. Then adjusting pH value of the liquid between 56,Fe3+ become precipitation eliminated. The content of iron in the liquid decreases below 0.01 g/l after the above two methods treating.
