全球甲型H1N1流感血清学研究现况 被引量:4

摘要 1前言2009年4月中下旬,美国、墨西哥相继发现甲型H1N1流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道感染性疾病暴发,随后疫情迅速跨国、跨州进行传播,世界卫生组织(WHO)于6月15日宣布全球进入甲型H1N1流感(简称甲流)大流行阶段〔1,2〕。随着疫情的蔓延,不可能所有的病例均进行实验室检测,因此,报告的确诊病例数已不能反映疫情的实际情况。
