摘要 研究了碘催化乙酸与环己醇的酯化反应。考察了物料配比,催化剂用量和反应时间对产品产率的影响。合成乙酸环己酯的最佳条件是:在回流条件下,环己醇用量为0.1 mol,乙酸用量为0.16 mol,即n(乙酸)/n(环己醇)=1.6:1.0,碘的用量为2.0 g,反应时间为120 min。在最佳条件下,乙酸环己酯的产率可达68.42%,且具有很高的纯度。 Catalytic esterification of acetic acid and cyclohexanol by iodine was studied.Influences of molar ratio of cyclohexanol to acetaic acid,dosage of catalyst and reaction time on the yield were discussed.The results show that the optimum conditions for the reaction are as follows: the molar ratio of acetic acid(0.16 mol) to cyclohexanol(0.1 mol) is 1.6︰1.0;dosage of iodine is 2.0 g;the reaction time is 120 min under reflux.Under above conditions,yield of cyclohexyl acetate is up to 68.42%,and the obtained product is very high purity.
