Analysis on Leak Reason of Circulated Water and Rich Gas Cooler

循环水冷却器现状,对循环水冷却器泄漏原因进行分析,提出造成腐蚀穿孔的几种原因,阐述造成腐蚀的原理;结合实际应用,总结泄漏主要原因,针对泄漏原因,提出改善水质、升级材质、提高pH值等措施,尽量避免泄漏的发生。

Aiming at current situation of the circulated water cooler,leakage reasons of the circulated water cooler were analyzed.Some reasons of the corrosion cracking were put forward,corrosion mechanism was introduced.Some corresponding measures were put forward,such as improving water quality,upgrading material,raising pH level and so on.
