摘要
通过研究表明,经过复配后的助溶剂对甲醇汽油的抗水性能有良好的改善作用。在混合添加剂总含量4%时最大含水量超过了1%。并得到不同配方的助溶剂在添加相同含量时,最大含水量不同。最终得到了对于M50的最佳配方。在助溶剂为4%时,M50甲醇汽油的最大可含水量为1.2%。通过复配,可以减少助溶剂的用量。不仅节约了成本,还有利于保护环境。
The formulated cosolvent can drastically improve waterresistance of methanol-gasoline.When the mixed additives dosage is 4%,the methanol-gasoline can tolerate more than 1% water content.When dosage is same,cosolvents with different formulation can form different waterresistance.At last,optimum formula of M50 can be gained.When dosage of M50 is 4%,maximal water content in M50 methanol-gasoline can reach 1.2%.And dosage of the cosolvent can decreased by complex formulation,which can save cost and protect environment.
