摘要
磷酸反应槽是磷酸装置生产工艺流程中的关键设备之一,主体结构以钢筋混凝土为基体,外层以橡胶板和碳砖层覆盖。由于磷酸反应槽拱璧的几何形体、所受载荷均较复杂,设计中应力应变的计算比较困难,工程中常出现拱璧处碳砖衬里开裂失效问题。本文介绍应用有限元方法对磷酸反应槽拱璧进行计算,得到与工程实际问题相关的结论。
Phosphoric acid reactor is one of key equipments in the production process of phosphoric acid plant,whose main structure is reinforced concrete covering with rubber sheet and a layer of carbon bricks outside.Because the arch wall of phosphoric acid reactor has complex geometry and suffered load,calculation of stress and strain in design is difficult,and the lining carbon brick of arch wall often occurs some cracks in engineering projects.In this article,the arch wall of the phosphate reactor was calculated with the method of finite element,and some conclusions associated with engineering problems were gained.
