摘要
[目的]建立快速测定茶叶中哒螨灵和噻嗪酮残留量的气相色谱方法。[方法]茶叶中的哒螨灵和噻嗪酮经丙酮与正己烷混合液提取,经中性氧化铝-石墨化炭混合柱净化,丙酮与正己烷混合液定容,用外标法定量,以气相色谱法(GC-μECD)测定。[结果]样品中加入0.020~0.080 mg/kg质量分数水平的哒螨灵和噻嗪酮,回收率分别在98.5%~109.0%和98.0%~101.0%之间,检测限分别为0.002 mg/kg和0.004 mg/kg,相对标准偏差分别在1.15%~4.60%和2.64%~4.75%范围内。[结论]经多次试验建立了茶叶中哒螨灵和噻嗪酮残留量的气相色谱方法。
To establish a rapid determination of pyridaben and buprofezin residues in tea by gas chromatography.[Methods]The pyridaben and buprofezin residues in tea were extracted with acetone and hexane mixture,then purifiedwith the alumina n-neutral and graphitized carbon mixed column.Constant volume of acetone and hexane mixture,thendetermined by gas chromatography(GC-μECD)using the external standard method.[Results]The sample was madeby addition of pyridaben and buprofezin at the concentration levels in the range of 0.020-0.080 mg/kg,and the valuesof recovery found were in the range of 98.5-109.0%and 98.0-101.0%.The detection limit of method were 0.002 and0.004 mg/kg,and the values of RSD found were in the range of 1.15-4.60%and 2.64-4.75%.[Conclusions]A rapiddetermination of pyridaben and buprofezin residues in tea by gas chromatography was developed after many tests.
