摘要
[目的]以明亮发光杆菌(Photobacterium phosphoreum)T3变种为暴露对象,研究了有机物与重金属对其联合毒性影响。[方法]单一毒性试验开始15 min后,用生物毒性测试仪测得戊唑醇、己唑醇、TCS、TMP、Cu、Zn对发光细菌EC50值分别为90.5、106、4.06、1560、2.51、1.073 mg/L。联合毒性试验采用回归通用旋转组合设计,测定了戊唑醇+己唑醇、Cu+Zn、TCS+TMP的联合毒性作用。[结论]戊唑醇与己唑醇以相加作用为主,Cu与Zn以拮抗作用为主,TCS与TMP以独立作用为主。
The test was conducted to evaluate single and joint toxic effect of pesticides and heavy metals on theluminescent bacteria(Photobacterium phosphoreum).[Methods]The single toxicity tested by microtox after 15 minsof the test showed that the EC50values of tebuconazole,hexaconazole,TCS,TMP,copper and zinc were 90.5,106,4.06,1560,2.51,1.073 mg/L respectively.The combined treatment of two pesticides(heavy metals or chemicals)weredetermined by general regression circumrotate experimental design.[Conclusions]In general,the results showed thatthe joint toxic effect of tebuconazole and hexaconazole is addictive effect,copper and zinc is antagonistic effect,TCS andTMP is independent effect.
