已故"豫剧皇后"陈素真,以自己质朴淳厚、韵味独特的演唱风格,丰富和开拓了豫剧音乐唱腔和舞台表演技巧,形成了"陈派"艺术。后因其代表作《三上轿》而被誉为"河南梅兰芳"。她唱腔古朴典雅,韵味纯正而又醇厚;做派端庄含蓄,准确细腻又层次分明。她在台上的念白也被评为"高低抑扬,错落有致,轻重徐疾,相间得体,字正音准,脆甜明亮……"与樊粹庭合作九年,其豫剧表演生涯走进鼎盛期。

Chen Suzhen,the departed ＂Queen of Henan Opera＂,had enriched and developed the melodies in the singing part and the art of performance of Henan Opera by her singing style of modesty and special lingering charm,formed the art of ＂School of Chen＂.She was honored as ＂Mei Lanfang in Henan＂ for her masterpiece San Shang Jiao.She has the characteristics as civility,implication and accuracy.Her melodies in the singing part have been evaluated as cadence,pure pronounciation and articulation.Having cooperated with Fan Cuiting for nine years,she had stepping into the flourishing period of her performing career in Henan Opera.
