浅议大学生职业生涯规划教育的问题与模式建构

随着高校毕业生就业制度的转变,大学生就业问题已经成为社会的热点和高校工作的重点。然而在学校工作实践中,大学生职业生涯规划教育还存在着一些亟待关注的问题。作为高校,应从培养高素质人才的角度出发,把职业生涯辅导工作贯穿在整个大学教育的始终,构建合理有效地教育模式,帮助和辅导大学生进行职业生涯规划,使他们从容走向社会。

With the changing employment system of college graduates,college students＇ employment problem has become the hotspot of the work and the universities.However,career planning education is still lack of some urgent concerns.As a university,from the perspective of high-quality personnel training,career counseling throughout the entire university education should put every effort into helping college students＇ career planning,encouraging them step comfortably into society.
