张家口经济落后的深层次原因

改革开放以来,中国经济得到了迅猛发展,但是张家口的贫困问题却没有得到有效彻底地解决,通过对张家口实地走访调查,从主观因素和客观因素两大类来分析制约张家口经济落后的核心因素。客观因素主要包括:北京的军事防卫、生态贫困、京津极化效应大于扩散效应、恶劣的自然环境对生产要素产生负面效应和限制本地区农业的发展。主观因素主要包括:制度贫困、知识贫困、市场意识淡薄。张家口在制定经济发展战略时应"对症下药"提出合理的建议,促进其经济快速持续健康地发展。

Since the reform and opening up,China＇s economy has developed rapidly,but the development of zhangjiakou poverty but didn＇t get effective thoroughly solve.Through to the Zhangjiakou field visiting survey,from the subjective factors and objective factors two categories to analyze restricting the core factor of Zhangjiakou backward economy.Objective factors include：Beijing＇s military defense,ecological poverty,the Beijing-Tianjin polarization effect than diffusion effect,the bad natural environment of production factors an adverse effect and restricted the development of regional agriculture.Subjective factors include：institutional poverty,intellectual poverty,market consciousness.In Zhangjiakou formulated economic development strategy should be ＂suit the remedy to the case＂ put forward reasonable suggestions,like this can promote its economy fast and continuous healthy development.
