摘要
在全国大学英语教学改革的新形势下,以学生为主体的教学理念对教师提出了新的要求。教师的作用不仅仅体现在"教"的方面,还要为学生的"学"提供各方面的帮助。因此,教师必须通过自我发展和培训不断更新自己的知识体系和教学技能以适应新的要求。本文通过理论研究和对浙江省一所大学的调查,分析了教师在新形势下的发展策略。
Under the current situation of the National English Teaching Reform,teachers have been pushed to take on new roles with the "learner-centred" conception of teaching and learning.They are expected not only to teach,but also to support students on all aspects relevant to learning.It is, therefore,of the utmost importance that teachers continuously renew their knowledge system and improve their teaching skills by self-development and training.This article analyzes the strategies for teacher development under the new situation.
