摘要
本研究以词块的相关理论为基础,采取完全随机实验设计,以分布和集中训练两种方式在非英语专业大学生英语口语教学中加强词块训练,考察词块训练对非英语专业大学生英语口语表达能力的影响。实验结果表明:1)词块训练能减少学习者在会话时对语法知识的过分依赖,从而提高口语表达的流畅性、地道性、多样性和丰富性;2)分布训练的实验效果优于集中训练的实验效果。
This experimental research is a randomized control trial on the training of chunks in undergraduate oral English teaching.Three classes were chosen;two of them were experimental classes and the third one was a control class.Among the two experimental classes,one was trained with chunks in a concentrated way and the other was trained in a dispersive way.The results are:(1) the training of chunks can make learners less dependent on grammatical knowledge and hence enhance their oral fluency,accuracy and variety;(2) the dispersive way is more efficient than the concentrated way.
