摘要
目的探讨脊柱结核前路病灶清除植骨内固定术的护理效果。方法回顾性分析成都市第十人民医院前路病灶清除植骨内固定治疗脊柱结核60例患者的护理资料,总结护理的经验和教训。结果通过精心和规范化的护理,所有患者未发生护理并发症,切口均一期愈合,病变治愈,伴瘫痪者完全恢复。结论精心和规范化的护理,可降低并发症,对提高手术疗效有一些帮助。
Objective To investigate the effect of the nursing of anterior debridement,interbody bonegrafting fusion and internal fixation in surgical management of spinal tuberculosis.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted among 60 spinal tuberculosis patients undergoing anterior debridement interbody bonegrafting fusion and internal fixation,with experiences and lessons summarized.Results With careful and standardized care,all 60 patients had no complications,with incisions healed,the lesions healed,and patients with paralysis got full recovery.Conclusion Careful and standardized care could reduce complications and improve the effect of surgical treatment to some extent.
