摘要
平煤股份十一矿已进入了深井开采,工作面埋深超过800 m,地应力高,围岩破碎,采用普通锚网支护的回采巷道围岩变形量大,返修率高,影响矿井安全生产。结合十一矿丁5-6-26071回风巷的工程地质条件,以锚固体强度强化理论为指导,提出了预留断面强力锚杆锚索协调支护理念(即合理布置锚索位置和安装硬木托板),并对该矿丁5-6-26071回风巷支护进行了初步设计。现场工业性试验表明:预应力高强锚杆支护技术使巷道围岩得到有效控制,满足巷道使用要求。
It has gone into deep mining in Pingdingshan No.11 Coal Mine.The coal seam buried depth of several working face are more than 800 m,the stress is high,and surrounding rock is fractured,gateway using normal bolting with wire mesh has large surrounding rock deformation,repair rate of roadway is high,which influences safety production of coal mine.According to geological conditions of return airway of Ⅳ5-6-26071 working face in No.11 Coal Mine,instructed by the intensity strengthening theory of anchorage body,new concept was proposed that using coordination supporting with intensive anchor mesh and cable on roadway section.In the concept,it was necessary to layout location of cables reasonably,and install hardwood trays,moreover,primary supporting design of Ⅳ5-6-26071 return airway was put forward.Observations result showed that,surrounding rock of roadway has been effectively controlled by prestressed high-strength bolt supporting,which meets the requirements of roadway usage.
