黄绿木霉T1010对不同土壤层微生物群落的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过在土壤中施用土壤生态改良剂黄绿木霉T1010,在樱桃番茄生长过程中定期定点取土样测定微生物数量,结果表明,黄绿木霉T1010能促进土壤中其他有益微生物的生长。在20~30cm土壤层,樱桃番茄生长盛果期,黄绿木霉T1010制剂处理组土壤细菌、放线菌、固氮菌群落数量分别比初始值提高2.00,1.61,7.14倍,比对照处理组提高0.80,0.88,1.63倍。黄绿木霉T1010是真菌,施入土壤后其他真菌不再增加。樱桃番茄后期,20~30cm土壤层真菌数量比初始值下降4.78%,比对照下降66.85%。应用黄绿木霉T1010制剂后,樱桃番茄花期、果期提前,果实整齐均匀,感病指数降低36.36%,侧根数比常规化肥处理组增加144%,产量明显提高。 In the test,Trichoderma aureoviride T1010 was mixed with the soil.With cherry-tomato growing,some soil-samples were taken and microflola was isolated in the dish.The results showed that T1010 advanced some beneficial microflora to grow.In the full setting period of cherry tomato,the populations of bacteria,actinomyces,azotobacters increased 2.00,1.61,7.14 times than those at the beginning,and 0.80,0.88,1.63 times than CK.T1010 controlled the other fungi to grow.In the full setting period of cherry tomato,the populations of fungus was decreased 4.78% than those at the beginning,and decreased 66.85% than CK.T1010 helped cherry-tomato to grow.The lateral root increased to 144% than CK.The disease infecting index got down 36.36%.
