根据现代教育理念和生物技术专业的特点,为实现生物技术专业的培养目标,培养高素质、高技能人才,常德职业技术学院生物系积极探讨人才培养方案。在生物技术专业教学方法改革中,进行了重构课程教学体系、注重实践教学的改革;加强师资队伍建设、教材建设,改进教学方法,提升学生能力培养;狠抓招生、就业两条线,拓宽学生就业渠道;加强理论与实践教学融合,培养学生创新能力等方面的改革与实践,为我国生物技术专业教学改革提供参考。

According to the modern concept of education and characteristics of biotechnology major,for the realization of the training target of biotechnology major and training high-quality and high-skilled talents,the department of bioengineering of Changde vocational and technical college explore the talent training plan positively.Under the teaching method reform of biotechnology major,use reconstruction course teaching system,pay attention to the practice of teaching reform;strengthen the faculty construction and teaching materials construction and improving teaching methods to promote students＇ ability;pay attention to recruitment and employment to widen employment channel.To provide reference to the reform of Chinese teaching method reform of biotechnology major,improve the integration of theory and practice and the practice and reform of training student＇s innovation ability and many others.
