摘要
结合多年的教学实践,以园林行业人才需求特点及江西农业大学当前教学现状为出发点,分别从专业课程体系设计的科学性、课程间安排的合理性、教学内容的与时俱进性、教学方式方法的先进性、教学效果、教学管理的协合性、就业与考试状况等7方面进行了问试和访谈调查,结果表明,江西农业大学在园林专业创新人才培养方面主要存在以下问题:教学管理模式与理念创新不够,课程安排欠合理,实践教学实效性不高,专业特色不显著,就业期望值偏高,教学模式与考核体系陈旧,教学内容缺乏更新。
Taking the landscape architecture profession talented person demand characteristic and our university current teaching present situation as the starting point,and unifing many years teaching practices,this article respectively conducted the investigation from seven aspects,they were such as follows,the teaching management pattern and the idea innovation were insufficient,the curriculum arranges to owe reasonably,practices the teaching effectiveness not to be high,the specialized characteristic is not remarkable,gets employed the expected value to be high,the educational model and the inspection system are obsolete,lack of updated content.
