摘要
以GK12为外源抗棉铃虫Bt基因的供体,以具有海岛棉、陆地棉、野生棉血统的冀棉20为受体,采用目标性状同步改良混合系谱法进行连续定向选择培育出万丰201。将其后代种植在枯黄萎混生重病地,不治虫,不整枝,不喷缩节胺,适当增减密度,以保证入选材料的抗病虫效果以及其它目标性状的充分表达。2003—2004年河北省冀中南棉花品种区域试验中,籽棉、皮棉和霜前皮棉产量较对照品种DP99B分别增产11.9%、18.6%和21.7%;2005年生产试验中,籽棉、皮棉和霜前皮棉产量分别较对照品种DP99B增产17.1%、23.9%和25.6%;纤维品质,上半部平均长度30.0mm,整齐度指数84.3,马克隆值4.7,比强度30.3cN/tex,属于II型棉花品种。适宜冀中南春播区、天津市棉区以及同类生态区春播种植。突出表现高产、优质、抗棉铃虫、抗枯萎病、早熟不早衰。
Wanfeng 22 was selected by using pedigree-mixed model together with target trait improvement methods. The offspring were planted at different cotton Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt occurring fields without insect pest managing, branch pruning , DPC using, and proper density controlling, which could ensure correct selection of the offspring with the best disease and insect pest resistance performance and with full expression of the other target traits.In 2003--2004 tests of cotton field in Hebei, the product of seed cotton, lint cotton and cotton before frost was higher by 21.9% 38.6% and 21.7%, respectively, than the breed DP99B. In 2005 tests, the rates were 17.2% ,23.9% and 25.6%. The fiber quality lied in the average height 30.0 mm of the upper part. With fiber uniformity 84.3, micronaire value 4.7, specific strenth 30.3cN/tex, 'Wanfeng 201' belongs to cotton breed of type 22. The application area contained the middle-south in spring, Tianjin and similar ecosystem.
