介绍了轴流压缩机安全控制技术的运行优化及实践,通过采用冗余检测、联锁控制、防喘振、防逆流、超限报警等安全控制技术开发的控制系统,保证了轴流压缩机在启动、停机、运行时的安全,实现了向高炉安全、平稳、可靠送风。
This article introduces the running optimization and practice of axial compressor control technique.The control system which is developed based on redundant measuring,interlock control,anti-surge,anti-counterflow,exceeding limit alarm etc safety control technique can ensure the security of axial compressor in starting,stopping and running and realize safe,steady,dependable blowing to BF.
