摘要
不同弯沉车对弯沉测定结果会有影响,为了提高弯沉测量一致性,需要分析弯沉测量的主要影响因素,并对主要影响因素进行控制。通过不同路面结构的弯沉测定试验和模型分析,评价了单后轴荷载以及后轴轮胎的类型、胎面花纹、层级、轮胎压力和轮胎尺寸对路面弯沉测定的影响。数据分析表明弯沉车荷载和轮胎特质对弯沉测定结果影响较大,仅仅控制荷载是不够的;弯沉车的轮胎对弯沉结果影响非常大,其中影响最大的是轮胎尺寸;最后提出了推荐的贝克曼梁法测定弯沉的弯沉车的标准。
The different deflection measuring vehicles will affect the result of deflection measured by Benkelman Beam method.To improve the consistency of deflection measurement,it is necessary to analyze the main effect factors of deflection measuring vehicles and control these factors in selecting deflection measuring vehicles.Based on deflection measurement and by model analysis for different pavement structures,the factors which will affect measurement result of deflection,such as single rear axle load,type,tread pattern,ply,pressure and size of rear tire,were estimated.The data analysis shows that(1) the axle load and the tire particularity remarkably affect the measurement result of deflection,which implies that it is not enough only to control axle load;(2) the tires of deflection measuring vehicle affect the result of deflection remarkably,and the tire size is a key influencing factor.Finally,the recommended criterion of deflection measuring vehicle for deflection measurement with Benkelman Beam method was put forward.
