Six Items Improvement on Air Lift

在气力提升机近十年的运行过程中,陆续出现了不少的故障和现象,对此在处理和摸索的过程中,我们陆续完成了6项改进,包括增加清料孔、改造气室供风管、缩小喷嘴口径、降低接料管高度、输送管拐弯段耐磨处理、拐弯段增加法兰,解决了生产实际困难,防止了电解槽断料,意义重大。

Air lift under gone faults and exceptional instances time after time during ten year′s operation.During reparing of the air lift,we have completed six items of improvement in succession,include adding clear holes,changing air house wind tube,reducing nozzle caliber,falling accept tube height,adding wearable to transport tube turn off and adding flange,resolve operation difficulty,avoid pots feeding interrupt,meaning is great.
