摘要
某难选、低品位铅锌矿石,由于铅、锌矿物共生关系复杂,嵌布粒度不均匀,致使铅锌矿分选困难。试验采用细磨工艺(80%-74μm),优先浮选流程,通过添加组合抑制剂使铅锌矿物有效分离,获得合格铅、锌精矿,银也同步富集到铅精矿中。
The lead-zinc ore from a mine is featured by complicated lead-zinc intergrowth and uneven dissemination size,causing separation difficulty of lead,zinc minerals.The technology of finegrinding(-74μm taking 80%)and preferential flotation is tested with addition of composite inhibitor,which separates effectively the lead,zinc minerals.qualified lead-concentrates and zinc-concentrates are obtained while the silver is concentrated in lead-concentrates.
