摘要
江西井冈山电厂二期2台660 MW机组投产使得江西西南部地区电网装机容量增加,在汛期时将出现大量电力外送,根据系统潮流稳定计算结论,电网存在稳定问题,从稳定措施最优化角度提出了西南部外送稳控系统的配置原则、厂站端稳控装置配置方案和控制策略。西南部外送稳定控制系统工程的成功实施,提高了江西南部及西南部地区外送的安全稳定水平,提高了电网的输送能力。
The Jinggangshan Power Plant’s two 660MW generators on operation increases the generating capacity of southwestern Jiangxi power grid.In the flood season,large amount of electricity power delivery will occur,which will lead power grid to arise stability problem according to the system stability calculation conclusions.This paper for achieving stability control optimization proposed the configuration principle of southwest power delivery stability control system,configuration scheme of station stability control devices and the control strategy,the implement of the configration both improved delivery stability level and transmission capacity of southern and southwestern Jiangxi power grid.
