老年骨关节病的微创手术与康复 被引量：1

摘要 2010年我同60岁及以上人口已达17.4亿,上海、北京等大城市已经进入老龄化社会,而老年人骨关节疾患患者在80%以上,我国骨关节病患者已超过1亿.老年人骨关节疾患已成为影响老年人生活质量的主要问题之一.老年人骨关节疾患的治疗也成为包括老年医学科、骨科、运动医学科、关节外科、内科各系统专科以及康复科等多学科关注的重点.由此,上世纪末世界卫生组织（WHO）确定了＂骨与关节十年＂,学术界专门成立了‘骨关节炎学会＂,康复界提出＂使伤病老人达到病而不残、伤而不残和残而不废＂等都是针对这一医疗难题展开的世界性医疗卫生领域的重要事件,并已取得令人瞩目的成就[1].本文评述老年入骨关节疾患采用微创手术和康复治疗的现状与发展.
