双极等离子电切治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁(附68例报告) 被引量:4

Endourethral Surgery for Urethrostenosis and Urethratresia with Bipolar Plasmakinetic Technique:A Report of 68 Cases

摘要 目的探讨双极等离子电切治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁的疗效。方法采用经尿道双极等离子电切治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁患者68例,术后配合尿道扩张。结果 68例中手术成功67例(98.5%),其中,13例因狭窄复发而行2次手术,2例行3次手术。手术失败1例,失败原因为闭锁尿道过长(3 cm)。随访51例(6个月~7年),47例排尿顺畅,4例须定期尿道扩张。结论双极等离子电切治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁,安全有效,复发率低,可作为狭窄段尿道狭窄与闭锁的首选治疗方法。 Objective To discuss the curative effect of bipolar plasmakinetic resection on urethrostenosis and urethratresia.Methods Sixty-eight patients with urethrostenosis or urethratresia were treated with bipolar plasmakinetic transurethral resection and postoperative urethral dilatation.Results The operation was successful in 67 cases(98.5%).Among the 67 cases,13 underwent surgery twice because of the recurrence of posterior urethral stricture,and 2 underwent surgery three times.One patient underwent unsuccessful surgery caused by a long urethral stricture(3 cm).Of the 51 patients who were followed-up for 6 months to 7 years,47 restored smooth urination and 4 needed intermittent dilation.Conclusion Bipolar plasmakinetic resection is a safe and effective,and can be used as the first choice in treatment of urethrostenosis and urethratresia.
