摘要
经过近２０年的探索，中国的厚煤层综合机械化放顶煤开采技术（简称综放技术）已经成为厚煤层实现高产高效的有效方法，１９９７年综放工作面的最高年产量达到４１０万吨。中国在综放技术的许多方面取得了成功经验。从综放开采矿压显现特点、改善顶煤冒放性技术、提高顶煤回收率、综放面端面冒顶的治理、综放面瓦斯超限的处理。
Abstract As a result of nearly 20-year long exploration, the fully mechanized coal
mining technology with top coal caving has become an effective method to achieve high
production at high efficiency in high coal seams. Single face coal output by using this mining
method was as high as 4.1 Mt in 1997, which indicates a great success in many aspects of the
application of this mining technology in China. This article introduces this mining method with
typical Chinese characteristics from seven aspects such as: ground pressure characteristics,
technologies to improve the cavabilities of top coal, improving the top coal recovery rate, roof
control at face-ends especially in case of roof caving, handling and control of excessive gas
inflow at face, dust suppression by high pressure water injection, and, fire fighting and
prevention by nitrogen injection, etc.
