摘要
主要围绕提高成材率开展了板型控制及钢板剪切精度控制研究。通过对辊系及推床系统进行测量分析,实施了滑板间隙补偿和推床对中测量,实现了板型的良好控制;通过对AGC咬入速度的控制和轧机刚度的标定,提高了AGC系统厚度控制的稳定性和精确度;通过对新线定尺剪测长系统分析和改进,提高了钢板尺寸控制精度,为坯料优化创造了条件,综合成材率由90.67%提高到91.54%,创造了良好的经济效益。
This paper mainly focuses on ways of increasing steel yielding rate,plate cutting and steel shear accuracy control.With measurement analyses of roll system and manipulator,slide backlash compensation and measurement of manipulator centering are implemented,and a fine control of plate profile is achieved.Through AGC bite speed control and mill stiffness calibration,the thickness stability and accuracy are reached by the AGC system.And furthermore,by the analyses and improvement of new line fixed length detection system,size control of the steel boards is ameliorated,which is prerequisite for the blank optimization.The synthetic rate of yielding is improved from 90.76% to 91.54%,which brings more profit.
