摘要
在分析铸坯表面气泡形成原因的基础上,通过控制塞棒和中包上水口向结晶器的氩气吹入量等相应措施,达到降低铸坯表面气泡数量的目的。措施实施后,铸坯外观质量得以明显改善。
Based on analyzing the reasons of bubble in strand surface,the quantity of bubble in strand furface was decreased by controlling the argon blowing quantity to the crystallizer from stopper and tundish top sprays.The practice indicated that the appearance quality of strand was obviously improved.
