农村基层政府提供公共服务的困境及路径选择

The Plight and Solution Selection of Public Service Provided by Local Governments

近年来我国农村基层政府公共服务能力不断提高,但同农民群众对于公共服务的要求还有一定的差距。从基层政府提供公共服务现状出发,分析了当前农村基层政府提供公共服务的困境,提出农村基层政府提升其公共服务能力的路径。

In recent years, local governments have made active exploration in the practical process of strengthening public service. The ability of public service is improving. However, there is a gap between the actual situation and the people＇s requirements for public service. Viewing from the current situation of the public service provided by local governments, this study makes an analysis on the plight of public service provided by the local governments, and gives some suggestions to local governments on how to upgrade the ability of public service.
