少数民族地区学校教育传承民族文化的问题与思考——以六哨乡中小学为例

On the Problems of the Inheritance of Ethnic Cultures by School Education:A case study of Liushao Township

学校教育是少数民族文化传承的重要途径。调查发现,当前少数民族地区的中小学课程与地方民族文化暌违,学校的双语教育流于形式,同时各中小学没有建立一种长期有效的民族文化传承机制。因此,少数民族地区的学校教育应从民族文化校本课程开发、教师民族文化自觉意识的培养、文化主体创新意识培养及回归民族教育本质等几方面来使学校教育促进少数民族文化的传承。

School education is major way to inherit ethnic culture.Through the investigation into the inheritance of ethnic cultures in Lliushao,to discover that the school education fails to develop curriculum ethnic cultures resoures,is not good at bilingual learning,and don＇t set up the education mechanism of inheritance of ethnic cultures.The paper think the school education should adopt flexible and diversiform educational approaches to inheritance of ethnic cultures,for example,to develop curriculum ethnic cultures resoures,to improve teachers＇ cultural consciousness,to improve cultural body＇ innovative consciousness and so on.
