摘要
根据某型高炮随动系统的组成及电路的机构与特点,总结了该型高炮随动系统典型故障发生的原因、现象和部位,设计了高炮随动系统故障树模型。应用故障树分析法,对随动系统故障进行了定性和定量分析,计算出了故障树顶事件的发生概率和底事件的重要度,得出了故障树的结构函数以及各类重要度参数,有效缓解了随动系统故障诊断难的问题。
On the basis of the structure and characteristic of servo system for certain type antiaircraft gun,the paper summarized the cause,phenomena and location resulted in typical fault of servo system for certain type antiaircraft gun.In the paper,it designed the fault tree model of antiaircraft gun servo system,made the qualitative and quantitative analysis of servo system fault,calculated the probability of producing top event of fault tree and important degree of bottom event,obtained the structure function fault tree as well as each kind of important degree parameter.The research result has significant for relieving the puzzle of fault diagnosis for servo system.
