摘要
文章介绍了八钢冲压成形用汽车结构钢QStE380TM的开发过程,通过两套工艺方案的对比试制,确定了低碳中锰加入微量Nb合金的成分设计方案,结合控轧控冷工艺,最终产品力学性能与冲压成形性能均满足用户要求。
In this paper,the development process of automobile structure steel QStE380TM for punching forming is presented,the composition design of low carbon、medium manganese and the trace niobium were determined basing on comparison on two kinds of technological plans through trial production,excellent mechanical properties and punching properties of the final product were reached during controlled rolling and controlled cooling to satisfy user needs.
