摘要
为了提高坚硬岩石巷道的掘进速度和质量,提出了将准直管磨料射流用于岩石巷道掘进的新型方案,并讨论了其组成和工作特点,分析了准直管磨料射流装备的结构和工作原理.重点研究了磨料在准直管中的加速过程及准直管结构和工作参数对切割效果的影响.研究表明,准直管长度在04~30m范围内磨料射流在岩石上切割效果基本不变,为开发新型的掘进系统提供了初步的理论基础和设计论据.
For increasing the tunneling speed and improving the cutting quality on hard rock, a new type tunneling system,a hard rock cutting of collimated abrasive water jet, is put forward and its characteristics of configuration and operating principle are discussed.The progress of abrasives accelerating in long collimating pipe and effect of the operating parameters and the pipe structure on cutting hard rock are analyzed.Theoretic and experimental results show that the collimated abrasive water jet retains its ability basically when the length of the collimating pipe is in the range of 0 4~3 0 m. The study will lead to develop a collimated abrasive jet hard rock cutting equipment.
