This paper introduces the iron ore production situation and basic geological features of mengku iron mine,briefly analyzes the characteristics of the open-pit mine slope.aiming at the present situation of the open-pit mine slope,formulated the monitoring scheme,for the next the normal production of mine provided the necessary security guarantees.
