构建“湘、粤、赣”省际区域物流中心城市的战略研究——以湖南省郴州市为例

Research on Strategies for the Construction of"Hunan, Guangdong,Jiangxi"Provincial Regional Logistics Center City ——A Case Study of Chenzhou City in Hunan Province

加快发展现代物流业是转变经济发展方式的重要途径。郴州建设"湖南最开放城市、湘粤赣省际区域中心城市"战略目标的实现必须优先构建省际区域物流中心。郴州市构建省际区域物流中心既存在地理区位优越、陆路交通发达等优势和货物量增长迅猛、商贸流通活跃等机遇,同时也存在物流软硬件条件仍不够完善、物流企业实力弱小等挑战。为实现郴州市构建省际区域物流中心城市的目标,应着力采取构筑物流运输、物流信息和物流政策三大平台,实施物流园区和物流配送中心体系建设等政策措施。

To accelerate the development of modern logistics industry is an important change in the way of economic development means.The strategic objective of Chenzhou＇s building of＂the most liberal city in Hunan,Jiangxi,Hunan and Guangdong provincial regional center＂gives priority to building inter-provincial regional logistics center.For Chenzhou＇s building inter-provincial regional logistics center there are not only the superior geographical position,land development,rapid growing cargo traffic,active trade business and other opportunities;while there are still not perfect logistics software and hardware conditions,the logistics challenges of small business strength.To achieve inter-provincial goal of regional logistics center city Chenzhou should take efforts to build a logistics and transport,logistics information and logistics policy three platforms to promote the logistics park and logistics center system while construction policies and measures.
