摘要
本文介绍了200 kA铝电解槽超常态电解工艺及其与电流效率的关系,以及实现此工艺的关键措施与管理理念,通过在200 kA电解槽上实践,证明了此工艺的节能、增产效果。
The hypernormal electrolytic technology of 200kA aluminum reduction cell and its relationship with current efficiency are introduced in this paper.The key measures and management concepts for achieving the technology are also presented.Base on applying it in 200kA aluminum reduction cell,the effects of energy saving and yield-increasing of the technology are proved.
