摘要
通过对某公司大型32罐顺流式煅烧炉在使用过程中罐壁结焦的原因分析,采取了相应措施,从而减小了煅烧过程中结焦对煅烧炉的影响,保证了煅后焦的质量,满足了预焙阳极对煅后焦的质量性能要求。
Based on analyzing the reasons for coking of tank skin in the process of using large-scale parallel-flow pot32 calciner in a certain company,the corresponding measures were carried out to have reduced the influence of coking in calcining process on calciner,quaranteed the quality of calcined coke,and met the demand of quality and performance of calcined coke for per-baked anode.
