高校建设工程合同管理初探

First exploration about college construction project contract management

本文从分析高校建设工程合同管理的主要内容入手,探讨了合同管理目前存在的主要问题,提出了相应的改进措施,笔者特别建议高校应加强网络信息化技术普及大背景下的合同管理制度的建设。

This paper had analyzed the main contents of college construction project contract management,discussed the current main problems on contract administration,come up with corresponding improvement measure,the author specifically recommended universities should strengthen the building of contract management system,which happened the time that information technology network are popularizing.
