摘要
在甘肃通渭县华家岭二阴区对7个燕麦(Avena sativa)品种的生产性能和种子品质进行综合评价,筛选适宜在华家岭种植的燕麦品种。结果表明:供试品种的农艺性状对当地的适应性均较好,品种的平均生育期为107 d,在当地均能成熟。品种籽粒粗蛋白含量、β-葡聚糖含量及粗脂肪含量差异显著(P<0.05),籽粒β<葡聚糖含量和粗脂肪含量均以白燕7号最高,为3.35%和6.58%,甜燕麦籽粒粗蛋白含量最高达15.39%。对供试的7个燕麦品种的9个性状进行主成分分析,得到累积贡献率达到92.577%的3个主成分因子。综合得分最低的是白燕7号,综合得分前3位的分别是甜燕麦、陇燕2号和甘引1号,为供试燕麦品种中最适合在华家岭二阴区地区种植的燕麦品种。
Production performance and seed quality of seven oat(Avena sativa)varieties were comprehensively evaluated in Huajialing,Tongwei County in Gansu Province.The result showed that all the tested varieties performed a good adaptability to local environment and could mature in 107 days on average.The content of crude protein,β-glucan and crude fat in seeds changed significantly(P0.05) among varieties.The highest β-glucan and crude fat contents of seed(3.35% and 6.58% respectively)were observed in Baiyan No.7.The crude protein content of sweet oat seed was the highest(5.39%).The principal component analysis was applied by using 9 parameters and the contribution rate of 3 principal component factors reached 92.577%.Baiyan No.7 had the lowest comprehensive score;the top three were sweet oats,Longyan No.2 and Ganyin No.1 which were the suitable varieties for the research region.
