摘要
阐述了轴流式通风机改造的必要性. 介绍了采用三元流动理论对叶片进行重新设计、应用计算机模拟技术对动叶进行模态分析试验及对高效区分布特性的研究转移了高效区的位置等措施, 对风机进行了改造. 并经运行实践证明, 风机改造后效率提高、噪声降低、运行安全.
This paper expounded that the innovation of axial flow fans is necessary.It introduces a series of methods about the innovation of axial flow fans that the theroy of three?component mobile has been used to desgin the vane,the technology of analogue computer has been used to do the model experiment of movable?vanes,the characteristic of efficient distribution are studied to change the place of the efficiency.Its working performances showed that the efficiency of the fan is increased while the noisy is decreased.
