HPLC-DAD法检测女宝胶囊中的微量金橙Ⅱ

Detection of orange Ⅱ in nvbao capsule by HPLC-DAD method

目的建立女宝胶囊中微量金橙Ⅱ的测定方法,了解女宝胶囊中金橙Ⅱ的分布状况。方法女宝胶囊中的金橙Ⅱ经提取后先用薄层色谱定性再用反相高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(DAD)检测。结果部分厂家部分批次的女宝胶囊中检测出含有金橙Ⅱ。结论某些药厂在原料药采购环节和原药材检验环节还存在一定问题,有关部门应加以监督。

Aim To establish a method for the determination of the trace orangeⅡ in nvbao capsule and to understand its distribution in nvbao capsule.Methods The orangeⅡin nvbao capsule was tested by thin layer chromatography（TLC）and reversed-phase high-performance liquid-photodiode array detector（RP-HPLC-DAD）method,respectively.Results Trace orangeⅡ in some batches of nvbao capsule was detected.Conclusion Some problems exist in the procurement and inspection of crude drug,on which the related departments should supervise.
