摘要
重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)是临床病死率较高的急腹症。国内外已经对SAP的治疗做过了大量的临床实验和研究,但目前尚无明确统一的治疗方案或指导原则。该文主要通过检索现阶段国内外的相关文献,对SAP的"个体化"治疗作一总结。
Severe Acute Pancreatitis（SAP）is a clinical acute abdomen with higher fatality rate.There are lots of clinical trials and researches about the treatment of SAP at home and abroad that,however,have no definite and unified therapeutic schemes or guiding principle presently.Based on published literatures,the review summarizes individualized treatment for SAP.
