产学研互动培养应用型药学创新人才的探索

Research into Applied Pharmaceutical Innovative Talents Training Through Interaction of Production-Teaching-Research

针对地方本科院校片面强调知识教育、与社会结合松散以及创新教育比较薄弱的现象,开展产学研互动培养应用型药学创新人才的尝试。建立包括与行业实体开展教学互动、师资互动,与校内外科研机构的互动等在内的产学研合作教育互动机制,总结尚待完善之处。

Targeting at the facts that regional universities one-sidedly emphasizes knowledge teaching that has loose combination with the society and is weak in innovation education,this thesis tries to carry out research into the applied pharmaceutical innovative talents training through interaction of production-Teaching-Research.The paper suggests building up an production-Teaching-Research cooperative education interaction system that includes the teaching and faculty interaction between industry entities,interaction between research institutes in and outside universities.In the end,further improvement are summarized.
