摘要
采用随机抽样的方法对中国药科大学500名大一学生进行学习动机、适应性问卷调查,探讨专业调剂生学习动机与适应性的关系。结果显示,专业调剂生与非专业调剂生学习动机存在显著差异;专业调剂生男生女生在学习动机上存在显著差异;除满意度与学习动机的外部动机之间不存在相关外,适应性的其他各因子均与学习动机的各因子存在显著相关;学习适应、人际适应、择业适应对学习动机的各因子均有显著预测作用。表明专业调剂生的适应性对学习动机有影响。
This paper explores the relationship between the adaptation and learning motivation about major adjustment students with a questionnaire to 500 freshmen of their learning motivation and adaptability by random sampling.There is a great difference of the Learning Motivation between the major adjustment students and the common undergraduates;There is a great difference of the Learning Motivation between the male and female of the major adjustment undergraduates;All the other factors of the adaptation have some relations with the a piece factors of the motivation of learning,except that there are no relationship between the satisfaction and the exterior motivation of the learning motivation;The learning adaptations,interpersonal relationship and the vocational choice provide great forecasts to every factors of the learning motivation.The adaptation of the major adjustment undergraduates has influence to the learning motivation.
