摘要无休止室速（IVT）是指较长（数小时至数天）心电监测期内,尽管采取各种治疗干预,VT仍持续或反复发作,超过监测时段内总心率的10%。起病于青少年、多呈良性经过、可进展为心律失常性心肌病[1]。一.
